  • All Raita Ingredients:
    Kaddu ka raita / pumpkin raita:
    200 gram meetha dahi / sweet curd
    150 gram ubla hua kaddu / boiled pumpkin
    1/4 teaspoon jeera powder / cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon kaali mirch powder / black pepper
    Kaala namak swaad anusaar / black salt
    Saada namak swaad anusaar / plain salt
    Half teaspoon sugar powder
    2-3 tablespoon water / paani
    For tadka:
    1 teaspoon ghee
    1/4 teaspoon rai / mustard seeds
    1/4 teaspoon jeera / cumin
    1 small mirchi / green chilli
    3-4 kadi patta / curry leaves
    Lauki ka raita / bottle guard raita:
    200 gram meetha dahi / sweet curd
    150 gram ubli hui lauki / boiled bottle guard
    1/4 teaspoon jeera powder / cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon kaali mirch powder / black pepper
    Kaala namak swaad anusaar / black salt
    Saada namak swaad anusaar / plain salt
    Half teaspoon sugar powder
    2-3 tablespoon water / paani
    For tadka:
    1 teaspoon ghee
    1/4 teaspoon rai / mustard seeds
    1/4 teaspoon jeera / cumin
    1 small mirchi / green chilli
    3-4 kadi patta / curry leaves
    Pyaaz ka raita:
    200 gram meetha dahi / sweet curd
    2-3 table spoon paani / water
    1 medium size pyaaz / onion
    1/4 teaspoon roasted jeera powder / cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon kaali mirch powder / black pepper powder
    Half tablespoon cheeni / sugar powder
    Kaala namak swaad anusaar / black salt to taste
    Saada namak swaad anusaar / plain salt to taste
    Dhaniya for garnishing / coriander
    Kheere ka raita / cucumber raita
    200 gram meetha dahi / sweet curd
    2-3 tablespoon paani / water
    1/4 teaspoon roasted jeera powder / cumin powder
    1/4 teaspoon kaali mirch powder / black pepper powder
    Half teaspoon sugar powder / peesi hui cheeni
    Kaala namak swaad anusaar / black salt to taste
    Saada namak swaad anusaar / plain salt to taste
    1/4 teaspoon pudina powder / mint powder (optional)
    Fruit raita
    225 gram meetha dahi / sweet curd
    2.5 tablespoon sugar powder / peesi hui cheeni
    1 medium size anaar / pomegranate
    2 banana medium size / kela
