i mean i think the latter encapsulates war pretty well ie one day you and your mates are enlisting like the patriotic american dudes like you are and the next half of them are dead, half are traumatised for the rest of their not-so-long lives, ones rocking himself in the corner screaming for his mother, and ones naked rolling around in the bloody, muddy trenches screaming some war poem from 1945

Still not as good as call of duty world at war, no war game can match it, especially not this hollywoodified rendition, especially when you see these scenes play out with a double drum mag slapped on what looks like a Finnish KP-31 with an ACOG scope on it
I kinda like the campaign but it bothers me the customised weapons in campaign. I really hoped for the call of duty 2 vibe something like playing with american campaign from begining of the war till the end, same as soviet and british campaign like doing the famous battles and that stuff but hey this does kinda good
