I love this video. But you're missing one thing. Juan Nepomuceno Seguín was a Freemason at Holland Lodge No. 1. Freemasonary has a deep history in the Texas Revolution and much more.

As a Seguin, my life has always supported the united states of America. Although I may die a citizen of Texas, I will always be a child of the Texas republic.

Only one to mention Juan Seguin and all he did. Name senators congressman who accused him. Teach in Tx school

What did he expect from Those people from Tennessee and the other slave states . They hated Catholics and called Seguin and the other Tejanos “ greasers “. The slave people were already free and full of liberties where they came from . The fact they they were homeless and traditionless was their problem . Not the Tejanos and the native Americans that were exterminated after Seguin and a couple other dozen Tejanos that opened the door for those people . He was no hero .

Let's not forget that after the first 300 American immigrants that was agreed to immigrate the rest came illegally with their slave mentality from the South and did not follow the conditions of becoming Catholic and a Mexican citizen and most of all no slaves

It was a different time. The Mexican government invited people to settle in Texas just obey the laws they didn't. Mexicans have been treated like dirt ever since

I'm glad to know he didn't support the confederacy it would have ruined his legacy.
