If you would like to send us your device for repair, please contact us directly at the number listed on the website or thru a comment or private message. Most of the prices on the website are for local walk-in repairs and will vary from the online prices for a mail-in repair, so it's best to get an estimate for your specific device and problem. If we can not diagnose the problem remotely you can ship us the device and we will get back to you with the problem and the cost to repair. Diagnostic is FREE, and if you decide not to fix the device you are only liable for the cost of shipping he device back to you. If you like to send us your device for a repair we may refer you to a local repair shop in our community that specializes in micro-soldering. It may not even be a shop, but more of a person working from home. If we do, it means we trust them to be able to perform the repair. These people are professionals trusted by many and prefer to work from home to avoid overhead which at the end affects your bottom line in a very pleasant way. We endorse them free of charge, so they can't buy their way into our network. We have partners in multiple countries like Brazil, India, Russia, Canada, Mexico, England,Poland, Ukraine and more who specialize micro-soldering and precision device repair whether it's gaming consoles, logic board repairs or medical equipment. We will try to refer you to the person closest to you so that we can save you time and money on the repair.
