Chef is correct! It takes about 80k to startup which includes compliance. The price of food trucks went up during the pandemic because so many people had to close their restaurants. I went to Concession Nation in Deerfield where they build and sell food trucks. Not only did the price go up but it now takes 6 months to a year for manufacturing.
Fat Joe is a phenomenal story teller, I feel like I want to hear more. As for Chad,he is absolutely right about being discipline. Now people are not as hungry or determined.

Love the show, been rocking with it for a while now. Just 1 critique, the audio sometimes is inconsistent some people are heard very well while others aren't, I find myself adjusting the volume very often while watching. Just something to think about to put out a cleaner product.

The pivot low key is what I am athlete was supposed to be and continue before it got Hollywood and taking things from other shows. You can grow and still be in your own niche.

Love the show, been rocking with it for a while now. Just 1 critique, the audio sometimes is inconsistent some people are heard very well while others aren't, I find myself adjusting the volume very often while watching. Just something to think about to put out a cleaner product.
I love this from Fat Joe! Do it ourselves, do not wait for the Government or others. We can do it ourselves.
