    Wow! One of those rare recipes where I've got two key ingredients: gochujang and gochugaru. I feel lucky that I'm lacking only one ingredient: Korean rice syrup. Of course, I can use plain honey. For me, I consider that a jackpot.

    *0:50* funny because not only did Jeremy "meow" the first time :D, but the second time he talked like 5 times slower, like he was actively having to stop himself from meowing again or something.

      I think I cut around 5 minutes total of meowing chaos after that happened, the tangent it sent us on was insane haha - Lee

    looks like a great dish. definetly going to make this one when i have some free time. one of my favorites when i lived in korea. Looking for a similar dish that could be cooked bbq style. there was a famous buldak place that i would frequent that had fire chicken and fire ribs cooked over fire.

    As it happens, I have gochugaru and gochugang at the moment! Do you think this would work with minced beef? I have that too. Only one way to know I suppose! Thanks for the vid!

      @SchoolofWok  ปีที่แล้ว +2

    It's frustrating when a teacher lists "chili powder" in the US, chili powder has zero heat. surely your chili powder comes in a package and it would help us if you could show us the packaging so we can know what to look for in the international food market. Otherwise this subscriber is at a loss.
