Merry Christmas and congratulations on 23 years. May the next 23 be even better. Wait until you are an empty nester. Then you find out how well you and your wife get along. LOL It sounds scary but it is kind of nice, the kids aren't in the way all the time. LOL Thanks for all your videos and do it your way.

I just bought a Maxant 7000 spin float. Thanks for showing me how to set up a Cowen's line with it, while I only run a 28 frame line, I think I will set it up similar to yours. I'm hoping to run the spin float without a heat exchanger. Maxant says that no heat exchanger is needed, hopefully they are correct.

The Cowen auger and spinner is under appreciated. Those two with a large settling take do an awesome job. Thousands of pounds a day, there is no bottle neck. When I melt wax from the cowen spinner, very little to no honey is in the wax. I use steam in the wax spinner. The cowen setup is under $15k vs the Cooks spinner and heater that's probably closer to $50k.
I think my Maxant Senior wax spinner would handle that volume but it is a batch system that needs to be cleaned out manually. Once the "cage" is full, it needs to spin for a while, I mean up to a number of hours, to dry out the wax. That would be the single point that would pace the honey house and it would not go fast at all. I can uncap about 30 boxes of honey before the spinner should be cleaned out. I think it would work but I don't think it would be a good solution if a person was running a higher volume line than my old 33 frame radial.
I use to own CNB spinner. back when the tanks were steel instead of plastic and ours had a red Leeson motor in it. Not a bad machine. But certainly not affordable anymore to anyone looking into buying a unit. I wished i hadn't sold mine though. nice machines.
Congratulations on 23 years! Once you are done extracting, how do you go about getting the honey/wax out of sump/lines and then process it? Merry Christmas!!!
Congrats on 23! a Merry Christmas to you and the family. Two thoughts. You can always dual stream on UTube and Rumble. They're pay-outs are up and having a true FU card isn't bad. Many of your followers are using Rumble for some content. What temperature is the honey/wax mixture raised to? The recent studies are showing large amounts of pesticide/herbicide/mitesides in the wax. By semi-dissolving the wax into the honey is there a concern on chemical leakage? Looking forward to the Expo!
Do you actually have to prime the system by adding a drum of honey, or do you mean that you have to uncap and extract a drum's worth of honey to fill the tank and lines before you start getting any output from the spinner? I am guessing the latter. Lol
I think just idea if you put the wax and honey into a large tank. What I think you should look into is multiple screens that the wax will collect and the honey will still pass through. But the secret is to have a temperature not hot enough to melt the wax but warm enough to flow through. But the main item is pressure. Strong enough to push the warmed honey but still retain the wax. I am betting you will recover 💯 % of the honey. Now since the wax is in the same tank turn the heat up to melt the wax. The melted wax will flow through the filters and catch any sediment that isn’t wax.

So many TH-camrs start throwing out shit in desperation to keep views. Lost of them are starting to get burn out. You not buying in the bullshit and seeing your revenue return, proves that it’s just a way to control creators.
it is hard to keep posting good videos. it feels like it has all been said already, why say it again. truth is most people need to hear things more than once
isn't that the truth! I have been working through last spring's video to recap my experience. I have found extreme hardship which could of been corrected by managing a few major errors. hindsight is 20-20 but at least I have a perspective on the problem.
Thank you for controlling the beast rather than catering your content to the algorithm!

I love it. Don't let a computer control you.

And the spinner, it’s about a drum
