RetekRepa94 Being Swedish myself I don’t find it that impressive. It’s common for us swedes to be good at English, pronunciation and such as we learn it in school from a very young age. Media and stuff also helps us to master articulation and the language itself.

The video doesnt really make it obvious what the message is and we've been trying to disect it and what we think is: The man is working in a kind of oppresive regime, by the picture of a dictator-figure on the wall, and he seems to be rejecting some peoples files, whatever it is, and he's having this dream, firstly where he sees a house, surrounded by fences and guarding tower. Then in the second dream hes at the "doctors" and he is to be punished, yet he again tries to turn it around by hurting someone else. And then theres the house with blood and bloodied teddy bear, and the songs says "the blood is on your hands". And then at the end, the dog, which is a metaphor for a family, security, guarding, etc. runs away from him. So I think that in attempt to survive in the hard regime, he has caused death of some members of his own family.

Second one is that this house with fence around it reminds me of Auschwitz (red brick, and fence in same style as the one in Auchwitz).
I know this is late but I think when he outs the red x stamp on the files that is him deciding that person will die. It is his job to determine who lives and dies. This weighs on his conscience and haunts him in his sleep. That's what "the blood is on your hands" is referring to.
