Puff adders really are one of the most beautiful snakes with their patterned scales. I am fascinated by their ability to move like a caterpillar at times, although she sped into the undergrowth very rapidly!
It might work, but oftentimes, the snakes get disturbed when found, so they won't want to eat until it's safe again. With all the walking and vibrations happening around the pipe, I doubt it would have worked unfortunately 👎
Kevin beautiful lady nice and big don't have time for your nonsense, she just want to relax, and she doesn't like you with that plakkies, that's why she move up and down. Thanks again for saving this beauty.

They are awesome snakes! And can be very fast when they want to be
Excellent work Kevin , one of the biggest puff adders I've ever seen , she looked well fed .
Thanks! Ya, she was a big one!
Keeping calm, persistent and a reliable mop handle does the trick 🤣🤣👍🏻
Got to make a plan😂
Beautiful female and loved the way she headed off into the bush on release, no hanging about!
Nope, she was keen to go!
She really didn’t want to leave her new home! 😄
Nope😂
Thank you Kevin for your great work in the Conservation of these great creatures!
Really appreciate that!
Awesome Kevin, beautiful female puff adder 👍👍❤️🐍
Thanks!
So many people are afraid of Puffys because they are ' so aggressive '
That one wasn't the least bit interested in striking at you.
Good video
Thanks Sharon. This one was very calm, but you get some extremely defensive ones which make you work😂
Note: Add mop to snake removal kit✔️📝
Great work 😎
She was a stubborn one, but persistence got the job done. Nice work keeping the snakes and people safe at the same time Kevin. 👍
Thanks so much! I appreciate your support 😁
Great work. I'd just like to know what areas you catch these snakes. So one is aware.
Thanks Clint! I'm based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa 👌😁
lol how come you didn’t look in the back pipe first - good catch
I did, but she kept moving up and down the whole time😂
So glad the dog did not get bit or messed with the snake
Same!
Okay Kev, question for ya - for snakes that are hiding so well, would a dead mouse/rat tied to some string work to lure the snake into the open?

Such a gorgeous snake
What car do you have?
Chevy spark😁👌
Geez that's one stubborn snake
Youre the best man

Thanks Edward!😁
snaky: i got this new cool place, it was like a basement...
but then these humans came and dragged me out of it
--> worst day ever
Exactly how she would explain it...😂
How are you after that bits the snake give you😢😢😮
You can't find the snake 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍 the green photo
TOXIC APPLE YEOW!
Oh yeah! 💥
Use water. Water always flushes snakes out, they really hate it.
They didn't have a hose pipe long enough to reach the pipe. So the mop was the next best thing 😂
@@KevinUlett Fine. Just get a empty bottle fill it with water and see the snakes flush out.
She was a big one.
Was she pregnant?
Better you than me Kevin😮
After all you're the expert😊
Thanks😂 not pregnant, just well fed😁
@@KevinUlett What do they eat? (besides small children)
😂😂😂 rats, mice, toads etc😁👌
Water hose
🤦🏽♀️
