Autumn Steam Gala 2023 - The East Lancashire Railway

The East Lancashire Railway really do put a lot of effort into these events. I want to thank the ELR for making memories that none of us will ever forget. We see 3 visiting locomotives operating and a double-bullied for the first time in ages.
