Phantaminium is probably nevergoing to be shown again in the story, according also to SIU, mainly because he is an axis, so a sort of god/author that exists in the TUS universe (Talse Uzer Story), and is declared by SIU to be able to end the existance of the whole tower istantly if he desires to.
