I love your Caddy. My Grandfather had a 1964 Sedan deVille that he bought new and when he passed in 1975 at the age of 90, he still had it. My dad and his two siblings sold it.
my dad had a 1962 Cadillac sedan de ville back in the day. very nice ride. thanks for sharing brother. keep giving that mean ole beast the love it deserves 👍
When I got a 61 CDV, the lady who owned it didnt drive it for years. The bad gas made the valves stick. We added Marvels drop by drop with fresh gas. Worked great!
That carb needs a rebuild (I can hear it)....when correct, that car should start almost instantly after 3 to the floor pumps. Then release the pedal...don't touch it ..... just turn the key and let the automatic choke idle the engine. I love the car but I cringed when you needlessly stressed the battery and I cringed even further listening to you racing that engine...never race an older classic engine...let the choke handle the rpms for the first 3 minutes (7-10 minutes if below freezing).
Extremely aesthetic thing. Proportions, sound, interior. Quite comfortable I guess
