Fun fact! at 2:16:41, you see an arch with a big wooden door; that passage way used to be an infamous prison cell called Little Ease. It was an oubliette style cell so cramped and small that prisoners could not sit, stand, lie down, or take on any comfortable position whatsoever. Guy Fawkes was thrown in there before being taken to the rack. The back wall of the cell has been broken down to make a passage way to the gift shop, and, ironically enough, a nice little bench where people can sit and rest.

Wow…That place is so cool! The violence and bloodshed over the centuries in the Tower is just overwhelming. If there’s such a thing as ghosts the Tower would have to be one of the most haunted places in the world.

I can't watch this because of the torture. I know history is important, but wanting to witness vile cruelties, even in retrospect, is an aspect of human nature that I find utterly repugnant
We are Americans and have been to London 3x. We never miss the opportunity to visit the Tower. The history in London is mind blowing for sure.
