Wow that paint job looks awesome.
I didn't know they built that year with a V-8.
Mine was identical with a 225 six cylinder and four speed trans.
It was pretty quick since first gear was quite low. When the exhaust rotted out I had a shop install larger tube pipes and a hush thrush muffler. Then I found a two barrel carburetor set up for it. It was a fun car to drive.
I had the head shaved for higher compression and a valve job done to it. After that I advanced the engine timing and ran high octane gas so it didn't have spark knock. It would beat the V-8 65 Mustangs for short distance. I bought it used in about 1977. It had damage to the front bumper and some rust but it was a fun ride.
