I debate you on this,I've got a whole bunch of food allergies.......I'm I going to stop taking work trips due to this fact,plus I've a high metabolism ,I'm not 20 I'm in my 50s always been hard to keep weight on.
Need healthy snacks similar to what Romee was displaying .....Yes,it does look excessive but some were for both of them.

VLOG REC: travel tips including how to *BEAT JET LAG*, packing tips, entertainment (fav books + movie/show recommendations), travel outfits, favorite travel snacks + drinks, pre-flight and post-flight skincare (because flying is so dehydrating), favorite traveling products (for example you seem to always have a sleeping eye mask), maybe a playlist of like 10-20 songs...! I literally don't know how you travel and do so well with jet lag and time changes! I would love to hear your tips + secrets!

also i know a lot of parisians are like "but we have organic stores, too"... and they are right. but i always bring a lot of my own food with me on business trips, too, cause you simply don't even have 10 minutes sometimes to go to the shops, but you can always throw in some food you brought from home in all your bags.
