But in most karenderias and some restaurants, they fry fresh (not leftover) pork to lechon kawali and then cook lechon paksiw recipe.

Subukan mo din magpunta ng Iloilo tapos na ang manggahan festival sa Guimaras pero makakatikim ka pa rin ng mga mango dun na matatamis.
