Why do you think the attackers are russians? They're wearing Pickelhaube helmets and feldgrau uniforms, which clearly resembles german army of early WW1. Iron Harvest is a strategy game by polish devs, it takes place in alternative 1920s, and the playable factions are Polania (Poland), Saxony (Germany) and Rusviet (Russia). In this trailer we see Polania fighting Saxon invaders.
@@DeanBarryStuff that's interesing, because they are indeed russian by origin (they were made to look like medieval russian helmets), but they were appropriated by British Empire (traditional british police helmet is a close relative of pickelhaube) and Prussia, where this type of helmet became iconic and was used as a standart army headgear till 1916.
So this is based off of an amazing board game called Scythe, they are both set in the 1920’s but are completely independent otherwise. Glad you liked this though!

They are kinda old at this point but Halo and Destiny has some pretty good trailers and cinematics that I would say are worth reacting to if you haven't seen them. Definitely some of the live-action trailers with games like Halo ODST and Halo Reach are really good. Even the live action trailers for Destiny are pretty good. Shoot, even games like the Halo Wars games have some pretty good trailers/cinematics. Like I said, they are kinda old or past at this point but if you haven't seen them, they might make for some decent reactions.
So a wee insight into thisun. It is an Alternate History Squad control RTS game much in the vein of Company Of Heroes. Watched a few beta builds and it looks to be a goodie from what I've seen. ^.-.^
The game is pretty shit, in terms of gameplay it's just worse company of heroes 2. If not for the setting noone would even notice this game. The paintings of the artist the game is based on are also a hodgepodge of other peoples work bordering on plagiarism.

Fun fact, there was bear in Polish army in WW2 who helping soldiers with carying ammunition, etc. He was called Wojtek.
And the bear in the game has the exact same name. I smiled when I saw that.

the mechs are from Jakubs Różalski oaintings, the whole game is based on them ;)+
