Dang ya never want to see a match end like that Jason looked truly bummed out but Alex has his health in mind which is most important rest up Alex and good luck to eagle eye.going forward 🤙🏾🤙🏾
Gotta be tough with a leg injury, especially with a 30second shot clock. Get better Alex, props to Shaw for being disappointed! Some players would have acted much differently in that situation 👍👍
I injured my Achilles tendon a while back and my pool game went straight to hell until it healed. Every step felt like my heel had a knife in it. This game starts with your feet, of which I became painfully aware. I understand completely why Alex called the game.
Thats exactly how it feels like a bone is going to stick out of your heel.I have not recovered from it yet, im probably going to have to get surgery for it.

Look at the width of his back, the size of his arms, chest, and waist.... I get that you're calling him "fat" but really that man is built like a gorilla... and gorillas can rip your arms off and stuff em in your ass... so maybe look twice before passing judgment
Alex is already a pretty slow paced, think it out type of player. Him being on a bum leg, plus the shot clock really had to do a number on him. Hope he gets some needed rest and comes back strong! 🙏🏾
no one wants to be not in control when in pain...standing up sitting...reaching bending etc.....you just want to find a comfortable position and be left alone
AP is over the hill while Shaw is at his peak. but that won't last long as young, hungry players continue to come along. Pool is increasing a young man's game. The only thing that keeps old timers like me coming back is that most local amateur tournaments are handicap events. So, at 82, I can still finish in the money now and then.
It is to determine who breaks the rack first. Whose ball settles closest to the rail chooses to break first or not. At pro level first break often = first win in game.
*OMG WHAT A SAD ENDING, NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY WAS OVER SO FAST. WHY DIDNT HIS DOCTORS GIVE HIM STRONGER PAIN MEDICATION. THAT KACI MATCH WITH SUPERLONG DELAYS CAUSED ALL THIS. HOPE YOU ARE BETTER ALEX!!*
I threw my back out once about a decade ago, right before the final. Tried playing in pain, tried playing on Percocet. Lose lose. If the pain is managed, you can't think. When it's not, you can't shoot. At least that was my experience.

Poor quality audio recording. video is changing the volume while it plays. It sucks for the viewer! If you are going to make a Professional video. Please know what you are doing. The volume thing sucks!
Super match mais la fin laisse un goût amer !!! Pourquoi Alex abandonne c un très grand joueur le fait qu’il soit dans un mauvais jour peut arriver mais j’aimerais savoir la réelle cause !!!
Very unfortunate for Alex to have injured himself just before the tournament jumping on the rocks there in Puerto Rico. Did not like any of the commentary. Do like the correct ball colors!!!
Just awful camera coverage. Too much Color of Money ball in pocket stuff. Please stay with overhead camera position for the people that want to see full cue ball position.
What if we think about everything in the universe like a little billiard balls. Atoms bumping into other atoms electrons everything is bumping around. This is what causality is an atoms have to remember what they bumped into before and what they haven’t. But things don’t have to bump into each other the same exact same way every time. So over vast times things can move around

714 balls potted one after another in one go at the table...that man (Jayson Shaw) can be genius when he's in full form. Speedy recovery! to Alex Pagulayan, it's the worst when one has to concede a game due to pain...Might be a good idea to copy Ralf Suquet and throw a couple of painkillers in the cue case, for instances like this, where a good ibuprofen capsule or some tramadol would have probably kept Alex in the game till the end...
Not the same accident; this was a hiking accident caused by jumping to/from a rock. Can't confirm that's 100% true, but it was definitely not caused by the mc accident.
Coz professional rules in 8 ball is the table is still open regardless what ball you make on the break. Making a stripe or solid doesnt dictate what you are on the break. Then if you make a solid or stripe after the break then that's what you are. Hope it makes sense what Im saying.

Jayson had the same face when Alex missed the 9 in that famous Masters match... they have weird matches
Exactly right. The time pressure caught him.
Ya he usually takes a long ass time to shoot too.
Shaw always looks that way bro

Man! Although I’m rooting for Shaw. I sure hate to see Alex have to concede due to injury. Especially so deep into the tournament.
Alex is just scared of Shaw. Ever since missing the match winning shot 2017 world pool masters against Shaw
I enjoy watching the pros play 8 ball for a change. Rotation games are getting tired

Yes they are standard pockets. They are tighter than most brands of tables stock.
