Row house jo Cidco ka bana huva hai vo Town planning se bana huva hai. Uski society bhi bani hogi. Ugar CIDCO ka sanction plan ke bad badhaya hai, to vah unauthorised me aata hai. Kya CIDCO ka original plan se adhik sq. ft. banaya hai uski permission CIDCO, Municipalaty & Society jaise authority se liyi hai kya?
Secondly paying guests ka ji bhi business hai uski Society, Police permission hai kya? Aise bahut se prashn hai. Bechnewala bech ke chala jayega, magar puechaser ko future me taklif ho sakti hai

15 years above people are running P G with NOC (police permission) . whole Airoli,Rabale, Gonsoli, Koper, all ds places P G is der.some people's daily bread.

? You are keeping more than 20 persons and as per my knowledge this act comes under lodging & boarding as a commercial activities. Soc.& munucipal authority never allow to run the business in residential soc. Now reg. Police permission : police permission is giving after verification of rent agreement & ID proof of rented persons. They list bothered of other things unless complaint is lodged by someone. Madam I am not against your sale of property. But every should b cleared & without hide the society & munipal noc/permission for addition & aulteration of main structure. You may sold out property & moved your native place and some days after puechaser will face the problems of illegal/unauthorized and more than addional of original plans structure. I have written this for awareness of innocent people who are attracted for your paying guest business.
