I want to believe it’s safe. I’m pretty sure they do testing, but who knows. I have met people that will not eat them , I have met people like myself that will batter them up and sizzle them up. 🤷🏽♂️
Thanks man! If you do make that drive, Monday through Thursday is the best times to go . Friday through Sunday is rough trying to find a fishing spot because it gets crowded!!!! If you get there a hour before the gates open at 6 am you should be good! They always biting off shrimp bites. I like using live perch or Tilapia.

I’m always rolling with size 6 and 7 circle hooks. Eagle claw

I eat fish from there all the time! No issues and yes, they test yearly for contaminates
