If someone feels depression , during anxiety time just go out of home and go in public areas for sometimes likes window shopping, park,restaurant. It will definitely work out. During anxiety time don't stay alone at home. Share your worries with any of your friend in which you will feel confidence.
Agreed! I do the same, I've started taking myself out and I do window shopping or do my own shopping when I feel it's getting too stressful at home. Also went on a trip for the first time by my own self (through a group), quite an amazing experience it was! Planning my first ever solo trip this year 😁
