That film was one of, if not, the BEST Anime movie for its time. It’s STILL one of the Best to this day in my collection. The only thing is... where’s the Blu-Ray Release? Or at least Digital Download? 🤨
Knowing this song after a game or a movie isn't a bad thing, we should rather be thankful to these media because thanks to them this music is known by much more people now
Love this song. like it even more as the band name is the same name as mine. Did Not know the Band was founded on the Day Month and Year of my Birthday 13/07/1992 what's the chances God!!!!! Lol
I remember seeing these guys back in 04 on the Projekt Revolution tour and opened for Snoop Dogg and KoRn.....very interesting lineup to say the least, and as a metalhead myself I really enjoyed these guys
17 years ago. Man. I definitely didn't appreciate them enough when I saw them as a teenager in the late 90s. I wish i could go back to that concert in a hole in the wall in san jose and see it again. Life goes too fast. I don't think its possible to appreciate youth as it happens.
Yeah I like the digimon movie too. This song made my chilhood haha it still made me feel carefree like a child and I always get this summer feeling with that movie, when you know what I mean haha
This sound will never die because it's all about energy. And you know what happens when energy is denied? It's like a star that burns out and turns into a black hole. It sucks in everything around it. You can't kill musical energy without killing music itself. Thank you Less Than Jake for keeping the musical energy flowing through my world.
This is the song that got me into punk at age 11!! Ten years on and I still live it every single day!!!! ALL MY BEST FRIENDS ARE METALLLLHEADS!!!!! YAAAHHHHOOOOOO!!!! ;-D
Tony Hawk? This was on Street Skater for PS 1. Havent played Tony Hawk after the 2nd. Did they take this song for TH too? Damn it, the Street Skater CD you could put in your CD drive and you got one of the best Punksamplers out there. :-D
ltj is so talented. roger plays incredible bass lines when you really stop and listen to them, and buddy is great on the trombone especially for playing long shows like they do. amazinggg
they will be playing in two weeks at the novarock in austria! they also on the madden 2007 soundtrack. the song is called: a still life franchise. it's from the latest album, also a great song!
hahaha like 6 years ago when i was in 5th grade i used to play thps 4, and this and tnt were the only songs i had on, then after a while i stopped playing the game and just yesterday i remembered this song for some reason and now i remember why i loved it so much!! haha
Okay yeah the og guys heard it before me but I totally fucking heard this THPS 4. Became one of my favorite bands later in life, but hell fucking yeah I found this on Tony Hawk.
im also the bassist/lead vocalist...ive tried this song.. i have to play a slightly simplified version thums up to roger though, when i heard the band the first time, i dinn know the same guy sang and played bass, and i was still impressed by the bass, and vocals...and now lol
yea u cant even say that they really do put on one of the best live shows around they alsoplay extremely well live so idk what ur talking about if u really think that u prolly think music is gonna sound exactley like the cd at a live show
They'd be even newer stuffs soon. They're coming up with next album. Great news!! Hope they picked something up about how disappointing In With The Out Crowd was
I first heard this song when I was 6yrs old, playing Sk8 on Ps1 with my brother, back in 2000, and now I'm 19yrs old and I'll never get tired of this song... It's FUCKING awesome I love Less than Jake !!!
When their newest album came out I was relieved cuz I did not like the one before my confidence was shaken but quickly restored the new one sounds like classics like metal heads long live LTJ!!!
i notice how in all the live videos, you can never really hear the trombone. Buddy needs to turn up his mic so we can hear how great of a horn player he is.
i also play the trumpet and love ska, punk, metal, ska punk, hard core, but i am also a producer an i produce electronic music altho i come from a ska punk band background, and can tell u electronic music is not fake and untill you have experienced a drum n bass rave , hip hop open mic night or a dub step rave u can not say that "fake-music-stuff" sucks. fact of the matter is music comes in all types and the underground scene is where its really at whether it be ska, dub, hip hop or country.
I love the way Roger always looks so happy when he's performing.
what a great singer, for a punk band he is perfect live.
you got to love that key change at toward the end .
I will listen to LESS THAN JAKE forever.
Who remembers this from the Digimon movie back in the day
Jonathan Giblin literally thinking that as I was watching haha. Movie had the best soundtrack.
Thanks Jonathan
That film was one of, if not, the BEST Anime movie for its time. It’s STILL one of the Best to this day in my collection. The only thing is... where’s the Blu-Ray Release? Or at least Digital Download? 🤨
Honestly, that film introduced me to this song.
@@deadmandirector3 Yeah I think exactly like you. The movie was an amazing artwork
tony hawk ftw
thats how i started listening to them
and yeah, the tony hawk soundtracks are pretty damn good
First heard this when I was like 5, it was in a digimon movie lol
So happy I found this. Damn it takes me back.
Lol
Music to have a good time to. You can't ask more from a ska punk tune.
This video is the perfect age to love this song.
Just discovered this band and I'm glad I did there awesome :D
Tony Hawk's 4 brought me here... but Less Than Jake kept me here
I remember seeing these guys back in 04 on the Projekt Revolution tour and opened for Snoop Dogg and KoRn.....very interesting lineup to say the least, and as a metalhead myself I really enjoyed these guys
Heard this on a skate video age 14, still listening 21 years later!
First band I saw live with frenzal rhomb and capdown at 13. last band I went to see at 32!
The lighting makes Chris look like the Lorax if he shaved his mustache and glued it to his head and got like 4 feet taller 😂
My childhood by the digimon movie. Now when I'm grown up still listening
17 years ago. Man. I definitely didn't appreciate them enough when I saw them as a teenager in the late 90s. I wish i could go back to that concert in a hole in the wall in san jose and see it again. Life goes too fast. I don't think its possible to appreciate youth as it happens.
One can only regret that youth has passed..
Digimon brought me here:) digimon + less than jake= definitely on the list of things I love!
Yeah I like the digimon movie too. This song made my chilhood haha it still made me feel carefree like a child and I always get this summer feeling with that movie, when you know what I mean haha
i used to watch this video in 2006 almost everyday over the summer. 13 years ago
Cannot believe this was 16 years ago, i was 9-10 years old watching this video, still come back to it, im 25 years old now
@gameos7
I agree haha, Digimon movie was when i first heard it when i was like 7-8 years old.
They're still a fkn awesome band.
This sound will never die because it's all about energy. And you know what happens when energy is denied? It's like a star that burns out and turns into a black hole. It sucks in everything around it. You can't kill musical energy without killing music itself. Thank you Less Than Jake for keeping the musical energy flowing through my world.

The first time I heard this was when I was about 12, and it was in a video that ended up being deleted. I was so upset because I loved the song xD
@juneradar Most bands play songs at "live speed", which can vairy from a little faster/slower or a lot faster/slower.
Great performance!
