Why not write a complicated gtk software that transfers files through an Internet using a passworded hash to protect files from unauthorised people that is better then what ever a big company like Microsoft would do.

Another suggestion is to make informative videos about distros that cater for gaming on Linux, because that's an area that's only recently been improved on.

Flip the red and blue colour channels. Only works if the car is a primary colour and the target colour is also a primary colour. 3. Create a new layer, set the mode to "hue", and fill the layer with the target colour. Then I spent the rest of the video painting different colours onto the "hue" layer around the shapes of different parts of the car, changing the colour of the doors, wing mirrors, fuel cap, and so on.

I use paint.net. In my opinion it is the greatest free alternative to photoshop especially with all the plugins available for it, but Gimp is good too.

It's truly not that difficult, it's mainly just putting in the time to play around and try things out, and a lot of using Google/watching TH-cam tutorials if you get stuck or want to learn how to do something more specific. Not saying you have to learn this in particular or anything, just saying that whether or not you have access to "proper" education isn't an obstacle you can't overcome :) Anyways, have a great day!

GIMP is powerful but far from initiative. From my own experience need several tutorials.
Do you mean intuitive? Also yes I agree it's very powerful with the right experience, but unlike Photoshop it is extremely hard to use.
