I worked with floor jacks for pallets and powered jacks and forklifts for years as a warehouseman and a truck driver. So, when I entered the receiving room on my first day at a new job, I grabbed the power jack and unloaded the truck that backed in and was told, next time you must have a license for the operation of a power jack, yet, the manager let me use it to unload 5 more trailers over the next two days, then the Safety Lady came into work and gave me a 5 minute video and a attachment to my badge. Italy is very messed up when it comes to laws... I know. My whole family is from there... If someone tries to rob your house during the day, you cannot do anything to said person and because if you do you can go to jail or be sued by said robber, the only time you can do anything is if the person is robbing your house at night, then it is fair game... it is so messed up.
