in persona 3 you have three stats that your character can level up by performing certain actions; academics, charm and courage. if you choose to study you can up your academics, if you choose to perform karaoke at night/watch horror movies you can up your courage, and if you go to a café you can up your charm. Regarding the "triple brown/super ground cow", the comments are just people miswording the song in the video cuz it´s funny lol
In Persona 3-5 + Metaphor ReFantazio (more fantasy setting SMT/Persona) you get to basically level up how good you are in Smarts/Social Stuff/Persistence. Badass is the top rank for the Courage stat in Persona 3
