For most women its not that they dont want to have kids ever but that theyve never met anyone theyd want to have kids with. This is how nature works after all. You feel safe and secure with someone, then you can be the most vulnerable with them. Dont feel like its something you have to write off completely because you never know what blessing you could be blocking love
Just had a baby girl on 10/28! Her name is Elina Sofia 🎀 which is a more unique name but I also love some classic names like Ella, Diana, Nora, and Anna. Can’t wait to learn baby’s name 🩷
I would say just go with what your doctor says. If your says to avoid certain foods or that they are risky that’s what I would go with. Not just your personal opinion. I think it’s best to go with the advice of a doctor on stuff during pregnancy :)
I have two girlies and both of my pregnancies with them, I could hardly eat. SO SO nauseous, it never let up! The second baby came two weeks early so be ready ❤😊
My mindset when I was pregnant was "what is the best thing I can do for my baby AND me in this moment?" So if I was craving a Big Mac maybe I'd choose to make a sandwich at home instead- even if it's deli meat. Every little choice like that is what helped me stay active and mostly healthy with my baby. Im glad you feel comfortable enough to share your opinion with us! Praying for your little girl and easy adjusting for the rest of you (especially James:) )
People are so judgy about sushi and deli meat, when in actuality pre made salad kits, and a lot of fruit and veggies have similar risks but no one ever talks about that. Just gotta filter out opinions and eat what is right for you!!
I heat up my deli meat before eating. And had cooked fish sushi rolls made fresh to order a couple times as well, so far so good 37 weeks. Didn't eat any pre made salads sandwiches etc because I just can't be sure they're okay ! And wash all my fruit well ❤
Go with what your doctor tells you. My doctor said it’s best risky to eat deli meat uncooked and raw fish and certain shellfish is risky. So I don’t eat it. Really I just listen to my doctor’s advice. They know the most in my opinion!

I live in Brazil currently and am 27 weeks, here we are not supposed to eat any raw fish, deli meat and need to disinfect any fruits and vegetables before we are allowed to consume them due to the amount of stuff we have here... Our dr however told us if we buy the fish fresh and the entire fish (head, everything) and make it ourselves, eating sushi is fine. The issue is not with the raw fish itself but the hygiene of the person preparing it, same with the deli meat... I have been eating self-made sushi, deli meat (heated up then) and any fruits and vegetables (after disinfecting) and it was all good.

I'm just starting my second trimester now and I have a feeling my nausea isn't going away any time soon. With my first pregnancy, the nausea went away after about 14 weeks (it sort of came back again at 16 weeks). But I'm hopeful that I'll start feeling better soon.
