- This is my first video I've made for a song, with lyrics.
I was going through a hard time when I decided to make this,
so it like.. Just felt right to make it.
And I appreciate all the kind words and the likes. It means a lot :)

This album brought me together with one my close friend/brother. This song and pieces. We always kept trying to play these songs back in the day.... but sadly passed on from taking his own life...... Now that time passed, I understand the lyrics.... I’m literally slipping away too...

I made this in a time where I thought I was fully slipping away, but I’m still here. I’m so sorry about your friend.. I know that pain.. but you’ll get through this in time. This song is so relatable for me when I'm having a rough day and feeling down. Makes me feel a bit better.
i remember feeling so trapped and confused in high school, coming home frustrated and this was my lullaby that gave me relief, accepting my pain and letting it tuck me in to bed with a little goosebumps
This reminds me of my teenage years, lol
So much nostalgia and so many memories listening to this.

This sums up the pandemic for me, so many lives devastated and the numbers keep rising... Started drinking to cope with the loneliness and now I can't do anything without a drink in my hand. I'm finding it harder to get by now more than ever. I'm wasting away not slipping, slipping happened when I started. Take a shot of liquid courage they say.

You fuckers know this song is about Derek’s struggle with heroin. Made him pass out on a family’s funeral. Couldn’t quit while he was married with Avril. Maybe that’s the reason for their split.
Good luck whibley plus evereyone struggling with addiction esp heroin coz man it makes us slip and fall apart with family and loved ones. Creates a huge hole in our hearts coz 2-3 injections a day will make you miss out on everything around you and the only thing you care is how to get your next fix. Celeb or not, money will run out esp for bands artists actors etc unless you’re oil tycoon rich.
