Hi all. I am having problem to enter service menu +,-,+ (hold) combination. Per Manual I should enter programming mode. Are there any solution to hard reset grinder and try to enter into the programming mode (+,-,+ with holding plus button for 5 sec). Thank you!
entry level is a category, not a comparative standard. This is not an entry level espresso grinder. The Baratza Vario and Sette and the Rancilio Rocky are all considered entry level grinders that you can use with espresso machines and regular (ie, non-pressurized) portafilter baskets. This machine is over 1,000 dollars, more than the Ceado E5P & E6P, more than the Eureka Atom, and more than some Mazzers that you see in commercial settings (although they are typically used for lower volume applications). The video presenter might mean that this is entry level for a consumer setting, but that would be a weird way of wording it.

Pretty sure $1000 grinder is not entry level by any standard.
It's actually quite entry level by comparison to many grinders.
