If you need a cheap binder kind of tank top go to target if you have one the kinda swimsuit material is very compressing and it’s breathable and comfortable even for workouts and activities

@@-idk4660for the first binder i bought the same size as my sports bra and it fit perfectly so if ur sports bra size is m then ur binde size is prob m too. hope that helped
