I am also using roti maker but like Naush said , a roti maker is able to make tortillas kind of roti as it doesn’t get brown.I watch several videos and came to the conclusion that Use the roti maker just to spread the balls into shape of roti and keep the tawa hot and ready to cook your rotis on the tawa.This also saves a lot of time and energy.

I purchased it today and even on tawa it is hard ;( so its useless for me even for spreading balls. Im so disappointed

Whenever you make anday alu ka salan always fry the eggs in little amount of oil and then add it to the salan, you will truly enjoy the taste of it
You can also add small amount of tumaric power in that oil to give beautiful colour on eggs and than fry
I always grind onions tomato together with little fennel and sesame seed ...it taste and smells good

Don't take fruits with your main meals like breakfast lunch or dinner, your meals which has carbs protein & fats have different time of digestion & Fruits have different time of digestion. So if we eat together our liver gets to work over absorb the nutrients & metabolise. You can take it after 30 mins or best time to have it as a snacks.
