Following your review i bought this amazing device and i'm shocked how good it sounds (especially when listening to alt./ post-hardcore music) I am having sound orgasms in my ears thats how interesting it sounds. I have never experienced such an intersting sound before as so tbh. I was listening to some albums from 2017, which i listened and overlistened in the past, but when i started listening using these IEMs in connection with Fiio KA11 (so tiny and portabale that i prefer it to other more advanced devices when going to work) i had the impression that im listening to them like for the first time 😂 They are also very comfortable in my ears. Thanks a lot❤ ps: its my first iem btw
i have the pandamon and i agree i first noted the tonality and was shocked by how natural it sounds and i prefer it over my ie200 especially for detail i noticed in my measurements it was very close to the blessing 2 im very curious how they compare.
It's a matter of what sort of sound presentation you prefer. Pandamon is something I consider as safe tuned and will appear smoother overall while PR2 would appear more energetic and some people would even say brighter, PR2 also offer a bit more of transients speed which means it resolve details better and more resolving. Pandamon on the other hand, offer a bit more of organic touch to the sound timbre and relatively smoother (again). Hope this helps
Mr. Andy i have been watching your channel and forums for about 3 months , I wanna congratulate you for your work , I actually purchased iBasso dc03 pro Dac because of your video. Im actually a metal music fan . I would like to ask you , which IEMS would you recommend for metal music under 100 dollars ?
I personally use Tanchjim ZERO most of the time and I listen to 90% Metal music. You can also consider using KZ ZNA if you want a bit more of excitement and big lower frequency responses. Again, Thanks for your support! 🙏
Great review Andy...Surprised to see you use dc03pro on almost everything...I have a question is there any basshead dongle..like impactful hard hitting mid bassy but not loose. is it dc03 pro neutral or bass slam.
DC03Pro is an amazing dongle and I use it regularly for being excellent all around. The principle of great DAC/Amp is to emit as neutral output as possible, the sound signature then largely depends on the attached partners sound curve. If you want dense lower frequency responses which is solid and commanding, DC03Pro, DC03, DC04, E44, PEE51, DC05, Helm Bolt and Earmen Sparrow among the ones capable of providing it. Cheers

That's awesome. The most important thing is when we enjoy the music with the right equipment

B2 is a bit more neutral and Midrange focused
Thanks for thus review
Thanks for the review, Andy! How much point do you give to the Pandamon? If need to chose between Pandamon and KZ PR2, which one will you chose? 😁

Mr. Andy a cable upgrade on this IEM would improve the sound quality ? Would you recommend some cables for the Pandamon? Thank you stay metal !
🤘For Pandamon, I would recommend you check out the NICEHCK 16 core SPC cables, they help with resolution

@@AndyAudioVault thanks Andy..will sure add dc03 pro to my collection
9ohm of impedance is ok I guess, planar magnetics dont care about damping factor that much. Most of the sources today are silent.
Yes true, a hybrid or micro DD would exhibit floor noise with that low Impedance, but not Planars
Will a DAP such as Hiby R3 pro provide more power than JM10 dongle?
Yes. R3 Pro is a 4 Vrms DAP, JM10 is just 2Vrms
@@AndyAudioVault cool
