The workmanship is awesome but 6.9M is way too much for this house also keeping in mind the piece of land is also very small.With 6.9M in Nakuru or Eldoret you can buy a 100*50 plot and still build this house na ubaki na change.

"Let me show you" the House is awesome, sitting on a very small piece of property, 6 car parking, (sitting on each other) you get in first, you got to wake all those behind you up to get out. Windows in bedroom are placed directly across the closet?? OMG the shower has a shower head! You showed us Good house but didn't show us any patio or backyard, the only free space you showed us is where you wash your car but with no drainage. But l guess one can panda sukuma in sacks!!

They is a wrong positioning of the door leading to bedroom...it should have been positioned towards the corner near dining room

The house plan is very ok neet and the home well secured.we cant start making corrections on already made house but that one under construction,ceramics types suits plain.i think also master bedrooms can have a separate bath and toilet.a door from dining to kitchen too..all the best bro

Talking about Ruiru. We have a 1/4 acre plot across the road from the GSU camp. 30m from the tarmac, 200m to the lake and 500m to Thika highway. Prime location.
I have plans to build a house there but my wife who is Kenyan is very worried about safety in that area. It's close to the main road so quite exposed to through traffic.
The neighbours are cops but I'm not sure if they would come to our rescue if a gang of goons break in.
Any ideas are appreciated. Asante sana

I encourage you on real estate developments, but kindly next time Before you build or complete your projects hire me to advise you on the interiors. The tiles are Old School , so are the entire Cabinets in the kitchen / b-droom & the burglar doors. We are in 2021 guys not 1990s , Don't gumble with designs . The 🚽 toilet tiles & the exterior are at least welcoming. Any way i wish u all the best.

In Kenyan towns, you can not collect rainwater unless you are willing to purify b4 use. Air pollution and city laws. The tanks are for county council water

@@jmovieclips my friend come I show you houses worth 7million ,not this joke of a construction old model, no attention to detail ,sorry to say but this just an ugly structure, if I was to build this one it would only cost me 3million maximum n it still would look far much better than this....
Apart from the gypsum board n lighting what other unique or facinating feature is in this house?? Kwanza those tile can give u a headache too detailed , even in the kitchen the tiles are same ugly ones this is a lazy engineer .....
