Some may have mental health conditions where they can’t distinguish what’s real and unreal and some are able to see it bc it’s there. My views were challenged when I had a patient who told me that there was something in the room. Next thing you know, I saw a cup moving on its own in the mirror and the patient screamed and told that thing to get out. I never questioned anyone who see spirits since then bc I may never know what they’re going through.
