I have purchased the revenant from Nireeka. I have not received it. I have sought to communicate through the website with the company and its support channels, the company is not communicative in terms of providing tracking and shipping information. I have reviewed websites that indicate other customers have been scammed of their money, never receiving the bike. I am more than happy to update this review should the situation change but for now, I of the belief that Nireeka is not a good company, is a scam and I would advise avoiding it entirely. Or run the risk of losing your money.
As mentioned regarding update; Nireeka issued refund. Best of luck to folks as they pursue the e-bike of their choice. I went with Aventon and I am extremely happy. Thank you Nireeka for finally doing the right thing and refunding the money. Best of luck in your future business operations.
Hi Michael. Riding the Revenant is much easier than riding the Prime. Since the Revenant is a hub motor e-bike, the motor is mounted in the rear wheel and only spins the rear wheel. Whereas the Prime is a mid drive so the motor is mounted in the center of the bike and integrated into the drivetrain, so it spins the chainring Which is why it’s so important to shift properly on a mid drive bike. On a hub bike like the Revenant, things are much simpler. You can be in any gear that you want, at anytime. You can ride it like any other traditional bike and it won’t hurt it, bc all the motor is doing is spinning the rear wheel. Hub bikes are a lot more user friendly and reliable long term. They’ll never be as powerful mid drive bikes, but they’ll certainly outlast them. I hope that helps.
more revenant videos please even if its just riding around not saying anything also would love to see how this is off road tho i do understand its more for the street seems is hubdrive
Absolutely! Unfortunately it’s been raining non stop where I live, so the trails have been too wet for me to go out there. But as soon as it dries up, I’ll film a video! Thanks!
@@DriverJ-N Yeah I saw his video too. I’m thinking it’s either one of the two things (or both) Either he weighs less than me, or he was going slightly downhill.
@@eBikify kk thank you, been looking at colors and that one and the pearlized silver seem to pop out for me. How's the bike been after using it for a while now any issues?
@@ELITECMDR666 The silver was my second choice. Only reason I got the red was because I wanted to see what Nireeka’s signature red looks like in person. Can’t go wrong with either color tho. I’ve had almost no issues with the Revenant. Only minor issue I’ve had is that the kickstand they chose to use on the Revenant rattles whenever you hit a bump/crack. I’m looking into replacing the kickstand at some point. Other than that, it’s been a dream.
@@eBikify cool thanks, how long it take to get yours? Also im familiar with the kickstand issue lol have an Aventon Aventure fat bike and I ride pretty hard and the kickstand is always rattling.
@@ELITECMDR666 Shipping timeframes will vary depending on where you’re located. I had to wait about 4 months. But some people have to wait up to 6 or so. That’s the biggest drawback of getting a Nireeka bike. They’re custom made and built to order so it takes forever. But the wait is worth it, in my opinion. I actually bought a second Revenant because I liked it so much. Now my friends ride with me and can have just as much fun as me lol. Btw, if you don’t want to wait 4-6 months to get the bike, there are 2 other options. You can either buy it from a Nireeka dealer. There’s a dealer called Hyperrides in California (if you live in the US). And I believe they will ship the bike to you, upon request. They always have new Nireeka’s coming into their store, so they may have the color/spec you’re looking for, or will eventually. The other option to get your bike sooner is to ask Nireeka customer service to upgrade you to their Air shipping. The majority of the long shipping timeframes is because they ship by boat from China. So shipping by Air will reduce your overall waiting time to 2 months or so including manufacturing time. and if they happen to have your exact spec model in their inventory, then you’d probably only have to wait 1 month. Just be aware that Air shipping is an extremely expensive upgrade. I think it’s at least around $1000 or so. Which is why they don’t even bother advertising that option. I recommend reaching out to Hyperrides if you live in the US, and see what they have in stock. Best of luck!
No, I do not switch gears while using the thumb throttle. That is not recommend because you should only switch gears when you’re pedaling. When I’m riding the Revenant, I am switching gears while using PAS (pedaling with the motor assisting). On a rear-hub bike like the Revevant, It is safe to switch gears while using PAS.
Hi Torr. I personally own both and I think each bike has its own advantages over the other. Now that I own both, I think the Revenant is a little bit better for my taste. Thanks for watching! :)
I’ve ridden many e-bikes, and this is probably the lightest e-bike I’ve ridden so far. And because it’s so light, it’s pretty easy to ride without the motor on.
SO! ^Six months after purchasing the bike, I mean, giving Nireeka my money, I still have no bike. I have asked numerous times where it is and I always get a date 4-6 weeks out. Others are complaining about waiting for a year or more. Good luck if you give these guys your money.

Pricing starts around $2500. But these bikes are very customizable and have many upgrades to choose from. A fully specced out model can reach about $4000.
