Silicone cupcake mold; ( keep in mind when using the spray foam insulation in silicone molds, be sure the bottom of the molds are sturdy, if they are more flimsy cheaper molds the bottom will buldge out and lose it shape.

Styrofoam Balls, not sure of the size somewhere between 1.5 to 2", I got them in a large pack of all different sizes. Make sure it fits down in the cup.
