I'm on vacation, so I figured I'd process all the wire I gathered. Its been 2 days and my fingers are worn right out. And I do masonry for a living.

Dude, my back is sore from watching you move them doors, I hope you get some decent bucks for them for your effort. Be careful, my back is permently screwed up from lifting excessively heavy stuff. Your definitely not one to give up easy. Stay safe 👍✌🖖
@Inspiring Images that's what happened to myself. When I was in my 20s thru 40s very seldom asked for help lifting in my former job( weights up to 500 lbs) a guy thing I guess. Now my lower back has discs that are totally destroyed, muscles and tensions that are shot, lol, I still refuse to have surgery. Silly me

My sister-in-law always says, work smarter not harder. But for some reason the light never went on the whole time you were after those doors. Why you didn't get those dam door frames out of your way is beyond me. Over and over and over you tripped, stumbled and just plain had the hardest time. I understand that the doors are heavy, but you made it harder than it had to be, by not removing those frames, which were good metal. I hate giving you a hard time Mike, but some times you work so much friggin harder than it should have been. You are by far the BEST scrapper out there. I just wish you'd look after yourself while your doing it. Thanks Mike. Scrap on my friend

Those door handles are probably worth more than the doors. Some of the commercial grade handles can be worth upwards of $300.

Yeah I watch this guy and I think to myself he really needs a another dude there to help out. But like me he probably prefers to do everything solo, no one to cramp your style or be a pain, etc

Hello Mike you need to get the door frames for all them big ass doors and you need to need to start picking up those smaller wall studs you can always send them put them on the bottoms take them somewhere metal is metal I love your videos especially where you find truck loads of everything I wish I still could do it I used to drive a truck for 35 years and I've seen a lot of stuff over the years I'm in a wheelchair now I wish I could be out there with you when you need help God bless Godspeed Anthony from Memphis Tennessee

I just took a load of drop ceiling framing from half of a ranch-style home's basement. I had a push mower, an window AC unit, two kids bikes, a couple large iron poles, and just some other small pieces of scrap iron... I got $9.50 for the load in Illinois.

Hi Mike, i watch your antics all the time aswell as a few others, you do what you do so professionally its unbelievable, one other that i watch has the most UN professional team of two(almost a comedy show) the older shorter man will do everything he needs to do, the younger man will do anything so as NOT to get into a dumpster or collect all the scrap, he may think it is good TV & yes i do watch but mainly for the comedy side of the program. KEEP THE GOOD PROGRAMS COMING & do a "little" bit more of the street collection pickups, hope you end up being a millionaire

I'm a lazy cuss (just watching Mike confirmed it) I'd probably have taken the hardware off and left the rest. Heavy duty stainless hinges are probably worth a bit for resale - darned near kid-proof. even if they are just plain old steel. Dotty and Mike earned their milk bones today!
