I love resto-mods like this. They show what kind of quality and features bring these vintage cars up to their full potential.
I couldn't agree more!
This is an amazing rebuild! He took a lot of '59 cues and enhanced them, bravo!
A build worthy of the honor 🎖
Just beautiful. I just love the rear of the 59... Like a cat's eyes when they are sleepy and they pause for that last glance before they shut! Wow!
Once I saw Bespoke at the show I could not speak b/c my jaw was on the floor! Tailor made and crafted to perfection. Absolutely a beauty! Bespoke performed at the show too, “Bespoke,” beat 10 other entrants to claim the 2024 Al Slonaker Memorial Award at the Grand National Roadster Show (GNRS) in Pomona, California.
That is awesome and we'll deserved 👏. The detail, the custom accents, the bodywork, the fit and finish and the sheer presentation made her worthy of this distinction!! Congratulations Dave. I am proud to have been his very first interview!
Saw this yesterday at the Daryl starbird show. Beautiful ride!
The detail on this build is AMAZING! It deserves every accolade bestowed upon it! Impressive.
Wow! What an awesome build. 💪 Love the 59 Impala. A girl I knew in HS drive one.
I Know Right ✅️. Most people have a connection to the Chevy Impala! Classic Americana!
Must've made her look twice as good, lol!
Perfect song for this Oklahoma car!
Nice
My man! Love you, brother. CBFFCB
Steve Cook and Alan Childers who built this car are right there in the background while looking at the engine.
I wish I had known because they did a phenomenal job! Kudos gentlemen.
What color is that , it’s very nice !
Believe it or not, it's a custom mixed GREEN! It almost looks like a gray or pewter color.
There's a lot of incredible craftsmanship that went into this which I can really appreciate but unfortunately that interior is hideous. It would look a lot classier if it was a softer tan or light grey with some of the original fabric incorporated into it - otherwise it looks way too modern. I woulda went with subtle and elegant rather than loud and pimped out.
I think that over the top in your face feel is what he was going for. This car did win the Sloanaker award.
name of color should be a question allowing interviewee to speak uninterrupted also, would be suggested
Thank you for the feedback. I'll work on that.
