I kind of disagree with the talent is hard to find. I remember one of the great guitarists (maybe Eddie) one time saying that the greatest guitarist that ever lived was probably some guy that plays in his room that no one will ever know. However, today with TH-cam and social media, there are a ton of "unknown" talents that are being seen and heard by thousands if not millions.
