Actually a lot of cross contammination is happening here looks clean but isn't he does try. Let's say there's germs on the outside of the honeydew well he just dragged his entire knife through that skin and then the flesh of the fruit.

He can probably ditch the gloves and get by with washing his hands properly before the process. And also clean all the equipment once after everything is done.
