Interesting! I've been using a 650 also and just setting it up now for rifle. I'd like to see more of this gauge closer up, from different angles, slower, etc. Good idea!
If you are going to run them through the press twice, why not add the Dillion trimmer at one of the station and go ahead and trim every case on the first pass?
You're probably aware that Dillon's Rapid Trim only works on .222 and longer cases. I mostly load for standard handgun calibers. If they Dillon comes out with a trimmer that works on shorter cases, I will definitely look into it.
Good call on the cases lengthening after sizing. One more thing to think of.

This is a VERY good idea. Can you give me more details on how you made the adapter to hold the dial indicator?
