I don't understand why people can't just leave things alone. Why is it so important that their names be made public on the internet space? Yes, i know that their names are listed on the song credits but there are people like me who doesn't read that stuff and honestly don't care. I love the anonymity that the members adhere to, to further apply a sense of artistry and beauty to their music. I love the band for what it is and not who it is. I refuse to look up their names out of respect for the band.
The guy from Drumeo has known who II was since before Sleep Token were a band, and always respected his wish for anonymity. They used to work together. That's how he got this interview. He has II's complete trust, because he's known him since the beginning and always been true.
He sounds so intelligent. Getting this small glimpse into his methods and inspirations feels illegal. But I think they did this classy and within as much respect for anonymity as they could. We are so lucky!
I've lost count of how many times I've watched this Interview. Once again, I'm obsessed with something Sleep Token. I've said many times, I could just sit in a chair beside ii and watch him play......Forever. 🙌🙌🙌
I actually discovered Sleep token with that Drumeo vid.I knew about them,but so many ppl were so hyped for them,overpraising it.After that video i was absolulte blown away from his creativity and skill,also heard some songs and ive decide to finaly give em a listen and i dont regret doing so.Maybe that was the right time to discover them.🥰
I think my favorite part about watching him is he makes it just look like breathing. Like some complex function that he doesn't even have to think about, it's just a natural thing. Also very impressed with his speech pattern. Seemed very calculated and captivating. Not a ton of umm's and and's.
He's an absolute artist and master of his craft.

I mean…. People already know who all the members are. But our love and respect for the band and their want for anonymity keeps us silent.
Theres no need for anyone to sign NDAs to stop them revealing the member names, these are already easily available. From a legal perspective you're required to publish the actual names of the writers, not stage names or pseudonyms.
So if you really wanted to know who they are you can just search the writing credits of their songs.
Its just mostly those who know dont feel the need or importance to circulate their real names.
I think as well there is a level of respect from the fan base that we will not speak their names because they don't want the focus to be on who they are. It really puts the focus on the music and how special it is.

I loved this interview. I love watching ii play.
I know people have leaked their names before and I've told people that I don't want to ever know who they are unless sleep token tells us. If someone decodes his voice, I don't want to hear it.
Some of us already know who they each are. Im also not gonna go around telling people and ruining it. But i do know who they are. Researching it was a blast. But i agree i hope it isnt revealed for a long time atleast
Maybe I'm late to the party. just getting into sleep tolkin. Ive been listening to alot of Drumeo, been on a binge watch of elestepariosiberiano. That guys fucking insane.
As for the whole voice box. Tbh fans a nuts and not forget John Lennon paid the ultimate price by a crazy fan. Its just gonna come down to how the band reacts.

Yeahhhhh there are people out there that just can't let it lie unfortunately. It's never been confirmed by the band though so still technically only rumours and guesses.
@@MTNReactsyou only need to search the writing credits for ST songs to confirm the names, that's why they don't need to acknowledge or confirm the speculation, it's actually already very visible.
@@MTNReacts When you listen to vessel's older project, you don't need confirmation to know it's him. That voice is just unmistakable...the other guys are a bit more difficult to confirm, but at least for II you got the writing credits.... And honestly, for people pissed that their identities have been revealed, I guarantee you that not even the band thought they could keep it a secret forever, especially this day and age with the internet. And no, the appreciation for the music will not go away just because we know who they are, 99,9% of artists aren't anonymous and we're all just fine enjoying music for ages.
