Thank you so much. THIS is what I was looking for. Every other recipe I found for glaze was really a sauce. If I wanted a sauce, I would have googled 'sauce' instead of 'glaze'. Thanks for keeping it real. I love the dipping idea, but my wife already quartered the strawberries. Have you ever put the hulled or sliced berries on the cheese cake and then apply the glaze with a cooking 'paint' brush? Unless I get a big NOOOOO from you, I'll be doing this within a few hours. I'll give you an update as to how it went.
