So nice to see these games from the 1997 season. It's like a time machine for me...I missed all but Week 13 and 16 of the season because of Marine Corps basic training and Marine Combat Training down in San Diego and Oceanside.
I grew up in Houston and was always a huge Warren Moon fan. We didn't get to see his 1997 run in Seattle because those games didn't come on TV around here. It's been very cool to see these on TH-cam now. I've always wanted to see this game and really enjoyed it, what a hidden gem. Thanks so much for uploading this
Tom Hammond and Randy Cross on the call for this game on NBC at 4pm. Warren Moon had a comeback year on Seattle going to his 9th Pro Bowl with 25 Passing Touchdowns. Terrell Davis picked up where he left off in 96. Putting up touchdowns and become the Super bowl MVP 😊 T.D! T.D.! T.D !
This game had a distinct flavor of upset to it, until that 59 yard bomb from Elway to Rod Smith, and of course some foot-shooting by the Seabags to themselves.
