I have loved Valerie for close to 10 years. Pushin against a Stone is one of my favorite albums of all time. I wore it out in my car. But this new music is right up there with that album. Beautiful person and great new album❤️

Valerie June is a singular performer with an array of singing styles. Sometimes she's channeling an old male voice; at other times, she channels a younger woman or even a child.
