Obviously he doesn't know the difference between AC and DC power. You're not plugging into AC power...false info

How many fully inflated boards can the battery provide before it needs to be recharged?

I just bought this, used it 2 days ago, pumped to 8psi, then stop working, a 2nd stage warning was flashing and it wouldnt work from 8psi. I really wished this would work, 2nd brand of electric pump that didnt work for me, at leaset the decathalon pump went to 12psi, then died. Seems like Irocker and shark pumps are rated the highest online, so disappointing this didnt work for me.

Same here - auto protection makes it shut off around 7 or 8 PSI - I've tried to reach out to customer support, but they have stopped taking calls and it's a 5-7 day delay

Hi, I have this product and cannot leave the hose connected while inflating without holding it securely by hand. If I don't the hose doesn't hold a firm seal and the PSI indicator goes to 0.0. Can you please give me tips to fix this issue? I really like the pump otherwise.

Use your thumb to twist the little spring to the left. Sometimes if it is already pushed down and you try to connect and twist right to secure it won't. Hope that helps. Had the same issue but just make sure the little spring is up more and then secure.

@@davisj3920 How long does it take to inflate?

Is there an over-ride for auto protect? My pump shuts off around 7-8 PSI with warnings that it is over heating. It's not overheating - all is still cool to the touch and outdoor temps are reasonable. No mention of how to fix this.
