Omg Kobe was unbelievable this game. His 37th point made me jump up lol
Thx for this! Always wanted to see this game!
Detroit’s bench the whole time he cookin is priceless.
My GOAT. Mamba Out!!!
Can post post Kobe's 31 Point Game against the Spurs in 2000-01
thank you I have never seen this on any Kobe compilation video before these are legit game tying and winning shots so I wonder why they don't count as such
Fanboy talk but I think I still have a point- if Mailman was mostly healthy in 2004 I bet Lakers beat the Pistons, he complimented Shaq and Kobe despite having limited playing time with them. The rest of the Lakers was weaker than the threepeat era, Payton was good but no where near his prime self. The lack of Horry hurt their depth, combined with Fox being past his prime left the Lakers much weaker at the forward position.
They don't count because some nerd who's never played a game in his life came up with some mathematical equation that determines the definition of clutch kobe stays getting hated on especially in the clutch debate like you said these shots were the real definition of clutch......and in 04 payton was great he was the only one of the 4 to play all 82 games he just finally gassed out at the worst time malone was the glue he locked up yao k.g. and duncan in those playoffs he woulda did the same to sheed had he not gotten hurt
125-199, eh? Was Detroit disqualified for walking off the court too early? How many did they score in overtime? 80? That's gotta be a record. They must be the only team to nearly score 200 points and still lose. 😁
I’m tempted to leave it as is.
@@Swove2204 If you leave it, then people will have the reference to understand my comment. If you remove it, then I look like a schmuck. 🤔 I'm fine with both. 👍

lakers were too good in 01 but it was a different story 3 years later against the pistons
