Also scored 56pts in 3qtrs finishing up 58-24 in the regular season. Shaq played 67 games due to toe injury or something.. underrated season from Kobe for sure wish there were highlights of this season
People forget when Shaq joined Lakers in 1997 he has all star Eddie Jones abg 17.2.ppg and all star Nick Vam Excel avg 15ppg and 8ast and lost 2nd round...Shaq had a long time to win a chip without Kobe and had pieces around him to do it . What about 1998 ? .. once Kobe became a starter from 1999-2004 Shaq and Kobe won 3 chips and did a 3 peat. Ppl say give Iverson, T Mac, Lebron Shaq and they win chips... Bro give Kobe Duncan, Gasol, & Garnett and I bet they win chips regardless 🙄

Grew up watching Kobe and he’s my favorite of all time. I need Anthony Edwards to develop a jumper and stroke like this, he’d be unstoppable. I wanna see that legacy of great shooting guards continue. Jerry West, MJ, Kobe, D Wade, etc.
