How do you fix backs that have one side (in the middle section) noticeably developed than the other side? This is not a case of wanting a perfectly symmetrical appearance. I mean it is so disproportionate but not from birth
Adductors and healthy feet/ankles make a massive difference in knee pain. Abductors and hamstrings also play their roles. And if you’re still in pain, try strengthening hip flexors.
@@rmp5640lots of mobility and stretching! it’s all connected , having knee pain? could be your hips/low back. having ankle pain? could be hips & knees etc.. we’re all a chain
I do this daily for 2 sets of 10 reps per side + switching from side to side for 10 reps after each set staying low. After 6 weeks I've gone from hip above knee to being able to sit to my calf by the 2nd set. Gains unlocked at about week 4-5 where I thought nothing was happening
Lean beef Patty does bodyweight Cossack squats as a warm-up. I like it that way without weights to make sure my knees and hams are ready to get low and heavy.
I love that you don't make us watch a 2 part video specifically for the exercises. It keeps me more engaged and it shows how much you care about your audience
Ankle mobility envy. And yes, I’ve done more ankle mobility routines consistently for years than any other human I’ve come across outside Olympic gymnasts.
She is ripped! There is something inspiring about seeing such effortless athletic movement with excellent technique and balance. Will come back after a few weeks of doing the cossack squats.
Really is amazing the things people are interested in watching vs what they should be watching this dude always puts out a great message that can help people with alot of problems in their life exercizing can and will always improve one's life verse the monkey we watch cause their sticking out their tongue
Anyone else watch this video, try this movement, watch this again, and then be unable to control how awesome you think she is based on how stable her upper body core stays?😂 Is definitely a learned motion. Probably easier to do as one gets familiar with the movement❤
An observation: after the first rep where she lifts it off the ground, surely the kettlebell is adding very little resistance to her leg movements. She is using her arm muscles to keep it almost level to the ground, but there is little vertical movement of the weight during the reps (like there is with the barbell variation) which means little work is being done (Work = Force x Displacement). Compare it to his technique where he keeps the weight in a more fixed position in front of him, ensuring there's vertical displacement during reps, meaning his legs are doing lifting work.
For an easier start progression with nothing to hold on to... Start with half reps where the elbow and forearm braces on the quad above whichever knee is bending. You can progress to full reps where the arm still braces/assists on the inside of the quad, of the knee that bends... Also, work your balance and from by placing the arm behind your head, of which ever leg is straight.
I wish I can do this one day. Hopefully my Coestynx injection will help my joints so I can exercise again. I do very low intensity stuff though… I’m not giving up💪💪
I can do this, but without the weights. I wish could do it with the weights. That one woman that was doing it was impressive. Better than what I can do.
Oh nice I be doing these bodyweight for dynamic stretches and with dummbells to keep my build; one variation with the foot down for ankle stretch and another with toes up for hamstring stretch. Heck, for bodyweight foot down, you can have your knee extend outwards for hip stretch; for toes up, your bent leg drop it sideways, twist your body, and kiss your knee for a nice stretch. It's very niiiice
Beautiful. So i actually do cossack squats like nothing, I've been doing it since as a kid. I didn't know it's such a mobility health thing. So i will keep doing it and add weights for squats.
Do you train Cossack squats? Here’s a beginners guide to learning them!

Shout out @sarasana_yoga for the opening stitched video!!
My issue is that I can't get my knees to bend far enough so that my butt can touch my Achilles tendon area. My knees are so tight 😫.

Do them twice per week for a few sets with a light kettlebell. For some reason, they dramatically reduced my knee pain.
Will have to try that

Apparently tight hips can cause knee pain- I had no idea until I worked with a trainer. Congrats to you on your awesome progress!!

It was this that gave me the ankle strength and mobility to finally have great balance.
