Oh my gosh thank you for this! Though didn't think youd do eva foam. I use upholstery foam so this is cool to see!
(No pun intended).
I've used upholstery foam for costumes before (like the Mimikyu costume from Detective Pikachu). I love working with it, because it is so light and squishy. :) I think if you made this mask with upholstery foam, it would definitely hug your head better, but you would lose the smooth finish, and it would be more difficult to paint the details on. - Gwen
