This is one of those games where it's plays fine and is of quality but it's simply lacking a lot of meat on its bones and lacking refinement in several areas I still think its a fine game to pop in if you've never played it, just so you can beat it about 30 minutes later and move on with your day
I first played Chip and Dale as an adult and finished it the first time I played it- but this seems to have even less to it and have some fundamental issues that have nothing to do with the difficulty being tuned very, very low.
This one's competent, but there's also not much of a game to it and I'd say it's probably the weakest of the Capcom Disney games. I do find it a bit odd that the Famicom got this and not the Darkwing Duck game.
It's super easy, honestly; yet another game that belongs in the 'top 10 easiest' category on the system. I played through this one before and it was a breeze (ekhem). It's just so easy that I'm sure someone must've beaten it while blindfolded. Honestly, it's not a bad rental, but if I bought this game, I'd probably feel scammed. (and yeah, the speedruns are 10 minutes long or even less):P
first off definitely appreciate the backstory with the Japanese movie posters! as for the game... yeah I vaguely remember renting it but don't think I was a huge fan of it. a rare miss from the capcom/disney pairing!
It really says something about Capcom's baseline quality level that a game with these issues and this structure isn't quite kusoge though.
It's short and interesting with very pretty graphics. Made for a good rental back in the day.

すげ!The japanese posters of the Disney films look great!
I forgot to consider that it's a game for babies. Took me a while to beat it when I was like 4

Well, they can't all be winners like DuckTales or Rescue Rangers.
